I’m Cathy Ramos, the proud owner of IBC Business Solutions, LLC.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started out in property management in 1980, and I’ve always been drawn to helping businesses related to the real estate industry – subcontractors and skilled workers in the building trades, property managers, and more. 

While working for a leading management company, I helped property managers stay on top of their rents and learned how they worked with maintenance staff to keep their properties running smoothly. When I invested in real estate, I learned what it takes to become a landlord: mastery of details and a “get ‘er done” attitude.

With a passion for helping businesses in the real estate industry grow, I have used this experience along with a more formal education to continue the legacy of IBC. Today, we have been serving businesses and nonprofits in the Madison area since 1991. 

As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we strive to provide stellar customer service that gives our clients clear insight into the direction of their business. Our team of experienced accountants/bookkeepers give clients peace of mind by handling all their finances and providing them with the tools and information they need to achieve their goals and accelerate profits. 

We are genuinely invested in our clients’ business and do everything we can to ensure their business succeeds. Our specialty currently lies in providing unmatched accounting and cash management services to contractors, property managers, and skilled tradesmen. 

I help contractors that have been in business for at least 2 years.  They often have anxiety over getting bills paid on time and are fed up with the endless paperwork.  They feel like they are lost at sea with no direction or end in sight.  I help them take back their time, be more profitable than ever before and become their family’s super hero by funding their children’s college fund, properly funding their retirement and taking that long-awaited family vacation, hunting or fishing trip.

When I’m not assisting clients or implementing processes to increase efficiency, I love spoiling my grandkids, exploring the outdoors, spending time with family, and traveling. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way we do business.
